237 Union Street
Plymouth

We’re based inside the HQ Business Centre, conveniently located on Union Street — just opposite Lidl and only a few minutes from Plymouth City Centre.
From Plymouth City Centre, head towards Devonport via Union Street. You’ll pass Aldi on your left — continue straight until you reach Lidl.
Turn left just before Lidl (as if entering their car park), then take an immediate left into the HQ Business Centre car park.
Free on-site parking is available directly beside the HQ building, facing Union Street, separated from the road by a small grass verge. The HQ Business Centre has a large glass-fronted reception area, where you’ll find Unit 31 located inside.
On arrival, press Office 31 on the intercom, and I’ll let you in. Once inside, please register your vehicle on the reception tablet to receive up to three hours of free parking.
If you have any difficulty finding us, please call Carl on 07932 026176 for assistance.
Visitors to Plymouth Sports Massage benefit from free on-site parking for up to three hours.
When you arrive, please press 31 on the intercom at the main entrance, and we’ll grant you access to the building. Inside the reception area, you’ll find a tablet station where you can enter your vehicle registration to activate your complimentary parking session.
Parking spaces are available along the front of the HQ Business Centre, facing Union Street, and are clearly marked for visitors. This private car park provides easy and convenient access to our clinic.
When you arrive at Plymouth Sports Massage, please make your way through reception and up to the first floor. The stairs are directly ahead, and a lift is also available, clearly signposted for your convenience.
If you’d prefer to use the lift or need any assistance, please don’t hesitate to call Carl on 07932 026176 — I’m always happy to help and ensure your visit is as comfortable as possible.
Once upstairs, follow the signs for Office 31. The clinic is located at the far end of the corridor, where male and female toilets are also available.
When you reach Clinic 31, you’ll find a small seating area just outside — please feel free to take a seat and relax if you arrive a little early. I’ll come out to greet you promptly, and I always do my best to keep appointments running on time.
Inside, the clinic offers a calm, well-lit, and professional environment with a treatment couch, exercise equipment, and privacy curtains so you can prepare comfortably before your session. The space is designed to feel welcoming, quiet, and relaxing, helping you unwind and focus on your recovery.
During your appointment, we’ll begin with a short consultation to discuss your goals and determine the most suitable approach — whether that involves sports massage, corrective exercise, or rehabilitation techniques. I’ll then carry out an assessment and create a personalised treatment plan aimed at supporting your recovery and long-term wellbeing.
At Plymouth Sports Massage, I aim to offer a fair and professional service to every client.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with sufficient notice can be refunded in full or rearranged once at no extra cost.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, or non-attendance, are non-refundable, as the time is unlikely to be rebooked at short notice.
I do, however, understand that unexpected situations can sometimes occur. In genuine cases that are completely beyond your control, I’ll always take this into consideration on an individual basis.
Thank you for your understanding and for respecting the time, preparation, and commitment involved in providing your treatment.
At Plymouth Sports Massage, I’m fully committed to maintaining a safe, professional, and hygienic environment for every client. I am qualified, insured, and DBS checked for all services, and take pride in upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, care, and professionalism.
The clinic is regularly cleaned, with all equipment and surfaces sanitised between appointments to ensure a comfortable and safe space. I maintain short nails, wear fresh professional clothing for each session, and will never provide treatment if I am unwell or unable to work safely.
In return, I kindly ask clients to follow the same level of consideration. If you’re feeling unwell, please contact me before your appointment — in many cases it may still be possible to proceed safely, but communication in advance is important. Your cooperation helps maintain a clean, respectful, and welcoming environment for everyone.
Please note that I reserve the right to refuse or end an appointment if a client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves inappropriately, or acts in a way that compromises the safety or comfort of others. I may also decline treatment at my discretion to ensure a safe and professional experience for all clients.
